You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Defective items may be opened if the defect was not apparent until opening. We'll also pay reasonable return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We can arrange collection, or you can evidence your shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We ship to any address in the UK.
Isle of Wight residents or visitors may opt to choose "Pick up in store", in which case we will store purchased items for up to 4 weeks to give you to time to come in and collect them from our shop. If after 4 weeks you have not been able to collect your item, we will contact you to arrange postage. If we cannot contact you, the item may be resold.
